Discipline: Building Science Inspectors – Air Barrier Systems

TMI® is looking to train multiple part time field inspectors in the following locations:

Cincinnati, Ohio
St Louis, Missouri
Illinois
Maine
Kentucky
Michigan

TMI® Air Barrier Testing is looking for highly motivated individuals willing to learn and grow with the company and join our team.

Training, certification, support, materials and supplies will be provided to the accepted applicants to perform the responsibilities of the air barrier field inspector. The certified inspector will learn to perform, assess, test and document a thorough air barrier inspection.

• Ability to understand construction drawings and building structures
• Effectively communicate with TMI® team members, clients and subcontractors

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalent required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Adobe PDF
• Trainee must be able to carry 25 lbs as required and physically able to climb in and around structures/buildings
